  • 2 cups of frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of fine sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of fruit jam


1. Add the frozen bananas, plain yogurt and fine sugar into the Bosch hand blender. Put the speed on number 10 and do one or two quick pulses until all ingredients are well mixed.

2. Scoop a few spoonful of the mix into a small cup and tap the cup a few times to even out the mixture. Layer a small quantity of fruit jam on the mixture. Lightly tap it. Repeat these steps until you have several layers of the mixture and the fruit jam. Set it aside for a day or half a day in the freezer before serving. Optional: You can garnish and top it with pink sugar.
